Why Cant i mix down the High Shelf Gain to a track?

Hi All,

Wondering if someone can help me… I’m trying to do the ‘High Shelf Gain’ effect where the track goes from normal to muffled and im following the instruuctions in this Video but for some reason, when i mix the multi track down to a single track, the track is all muffled and doesnt have the effect of walking into/ out of a club.

I’m using Adobe Audition 2018… Can someone help?

Hi @danny9009 would you like to upload a sample?

If you follow the steps it should all work but perhaps there is a bug somewhere. Also make sure you’re on the latest Adobe Audition CC 2019.
