I have installed several plugins but though the installation worked perfect they did not show when I update the effekt manager. Can it be that my 64bit pc does not work with plugins who have 32 bit? Sorry … maybe a stupid question but I am not so familiar with all that stuff 
I’m pretty sure Adobe Audition is 64-bit so no 32-bit plugins will work at all.
Bridgewize is a bit-bridging app that lets you run 32-bit VST and AU plugins inside 64-bit DAWs on Windows and Mac computers.
Personally, I would not rely on it in a professional environment.
Best to keep everything the same for consistant CPU performance.
I would recommend Jbridge as a 64bit wrapper, as it’s far more stable if you need to upscale.

It’s a living thing.
And I can’t get it out of my head.
Another thing that can corrupt the proper installation of genuine plugins is your Anti-Virus software.
