I purchased an Audacity preset, but the download was only a PDF and TXT file…no download whatsoever. I contacted the help desk but haven’t received a response. I’m glad it was only $12 and not the original $127 download for Premiere Pro I had initially planned on purchasing. It looks like I’m out $12. Anyone have a suggestion?
Hi @Marc - the pdf explains how to launch the presets. Presets themselvs are as TXT file - this is how Audacity allows you to import external settings. So everything is 100% as it should be. Please let us know if you have any issues with importing the presets. PDF does explain it in detail
