Microphone handling

Hi guys,

Does somebody have a link to a video where anyone explains a good microphone handling? Searched on youtube, but could not find anything. I want to learn this better.
It feels like there is a lot to win by better handling. I am using a Shure SM7B with the normal windshield and no extra plosives screen before the mic.
