The seagulls really chill me out and, living next to the sea, I love them 
Yea-they are about the only good thing on the track though, timings off and I tried bouncing the track in Logic, similarly to Mixdown Multitrack Time Selection in Audition and have extra time on front and back of track. I guess that’s one danger of getting too use to one DAW for a while, but Audition really is so much smoother for a variety of things.
