I have adobe audition and I have a video that requires the voice to sound more professional, its 6.56mb so I cannot upload here. Can anyone help me please?

What type is your audio file? Is it Wave 48000hz? Then you have a lot of MB’s, convert it to flac or mp3 with 41000hz , then you can bring down the mb’s.
