I have a SoundCraft Signature 12MTK. When I record using audacity, and play it back, it only plays on the left ear or right ear depending how the headphones are positioned. When I am on teamtalk or zoom, other people can only hear me on their left ear or right ear. All the panning knobs are centered. Any suggestions would be great. I also have certain channels sent to the mixer and back out on my Mac using Loopback, the way you would use it on windows with the multi driver function.
It’s likely you’re using channel 1 for a microphone.
You’ll find it the case that much software uses channels 1 and 2 by default so this will put channel 1 (your mic) on the left and whatever is on channel 2 on the right channel.
You can certainly get around this using Loopback and routing channel 1 to a brand new audio input on both left and right channels.
