Awesome plugins you’ve got! For Fabfilter Pro Q3 you might want to start with a low cut filter to remove unwanted low frequencies. Waves Sibilance is great for taming harsh ‘s’ sounds. As for Waves RComp a 4:1 ratio with medium attack and release could be your starting point for vocal compression like that.
