SHIFT+ Shortcuts Not Working

If your presets do not show alternative views with SHIFT keys as intended then please look at the following things:

  1. Make sure to click first anywhere on the multitrack first.

  2. If you updated your Adobe Audition rather than make a clean install (when the alternative views were introduced a while back) then it will not work, you will need to run a clean install of Adobe Audition for it to work - it’s a known AA issue.

  3. Easy way round is Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts and search for preset then add Shift + 1 to 5 as hotkeys to the first 5 presets the
