Sfx on pc with use with youtube live stream

I have a quick question, I am beginning a move from Blog Talk service to YouTube streaming live.

Is their ay way or a service I can use with a PC to incorporate an online sound board website with my live stream so I can play a sfx live and have it come over ?

Doesn’t look great but works a treat.

Plug a tablet into a mixing console or audio interface and download an app to do it. I use iJingle on my iPad for this. Great stereo sound and no resources used on your streaming PC.
