In Adobe Premiere Pro, you can convert a mono audio clip to stereo by following these steps:

Import the mono audio clip into your project.

Right-click on the audio clip in the project panel (not the sequence) and select “Audio Channels” from the menu.

In the Audio Channels dialog box, select “Stereo” from the drop-down menu.

The audio clip will now be converted to stereo and will appear in the timeline with two audio channels.
