i have Rode Nt1 with scarlet sound card and it just record a mono then I use some builtin filter to refine the voice I record, is that fine ?
or I should record a sterio from the beginning (I know how to do this by multi track)
so which is better please ?

If you are just recording your own voice, then mono is absolutely fine. The human voice is essentially in mono anyway.
Mono is really the best solution here. There’s no need to record a voice in stereo and it’ll cut the file size in half. Most recorder do default to stereo however and there is really no issue with using stereo either.
