I’m using Audition and RX7, I have a interview I’m trying to edit. I can hear a small reverbed echo of my voice on the other person’s end whenever I talk. How do I edit this out? Thanks!

I assume they’ve sent you a copy of their local recording? Or you’ve recorded both ends into separate tracks / files?
It’s likely to be bleed from their headphones which means you’re hearing yourself.
Run amplitude statistics over their track where you’re speaking and you can hear it and note the maximum amplitude. Then apply a noise gate to just that track set at the maximum volume you got from amplitude statistics which should eradicate their headphone bleed of your talking from their audio.
Before you apply the noise gate though check that you aren’t setting it too harshly that you’re also cutting out quieter bits of their speech.
