hi - I batch match volume to a Total RMS of -12, but notice when I have done that, in the inspector window, it does not display and exact figure of -12. Is that correct? Is there a reason? Under the hood, do I know it is now -12? I notice on @Mike Spotify video yesterday, that after matching to -14, that too did not display the exact figure. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Hi @David Match Loudness in Adobe Audition is usually matching to the ITU Loudness standard so Total RMS will usually be a different figure. If you look under the ITU Loudness tab it should read the exact loudness you’re aiming for.
