Hello There, i want to create an electronic Voice, “DJ Mourad”
Strong Voice or that kinda of Sampler ETC… PLease Could anyone help me ? i did not find how to create one… Thanks For Helping … Have Nice Day 
If you’re on a Mac download the voice “Zarvox” then head to Adobe Audition.
Effects > Generate Speech… select Zarvox as your voice and type your script 
Here’s what the Apple Mac Zarvox text-to-speech sounds like (there are others if you’re not into this one).
