Cheap Alternative to Rodecaster Pro for radio vt

I have just set up my vanity project of a community radio station and I’ve got a few people who want to voice track but sadly they are using USB microphones through the playit live remote voice track system. None of them want to shell out on their own Rodecaster pro which I’ve had for years so I wondered if you could advise me a good cheap alternative to the Rodecaster pro. It doesn’t really need to have Aphex to process the mic as we are using pretty powerful processing with Breakaway. But something I can suggest to them that is cheap to plug their microphone into and then plug that mixer into their computer. If you can think of anything that would be really cool even better if it had some cart push pads as they’re loading the talk-over music onto the cart wall in playit live and it really is rubbish. Anything spring to mind friends
