In all fairness I think the answer is no. To do a proper sung jingle you need:

  1. Great singer (voice artists are not singers!)
  2. Great producer - who can create a melody and a nice hook etc.
  3. Typically to get the result like attached you will need a singer to sing the same script at least 9 times (different keys etc to get lovely harmonies).
    But then it depends on what you are after to be honest. If you just want an autotune effect then the answer is yes - plenty of plugins that will do that for you! You may want to check out some of Mike’s videos on this here: https://www.youtube.com/musicradiocreative/search?query=autotune
