You 100% want Effects > Special > Doppler Shifter for this kind of sound. Have a play with some of the presets and you’ll soon get close to what you need.
Alternatively, you could draw on pan automations inside the multitrack and combine it with a pitch shift automation.
I’ll do my best to demo this in the live stream this afternoon as this effect would work well for the subject I’m covering. Thanks!
