Any audio plug-in for converting British Accent into American?

Guys/girls,

Im looking into transcribibg and english is my second language. is there any plug in for audobe audition 2017 that helps to convert any UK accent into standard american?

or may be there are programs out there, that do that? tnx

i know there’s a plug for converting american into british. anything vice versa?
